Aina Che’s (E-RYT500, RPYT, YACE) grounded teaching style creates space for students to deepen their personal practice. She believes that the practice of yoga is a method for focusing the mind on what is actually happening in the present moment. Practicing with full presence helps her to see things and herself more clearly. She teaches mindfully and pays much attention on each one of her students in class, while keeping the environment safe, joyful and full of love. Her way of teaching is direct, intense and loving. Aina believes yoga is not only a physical practice, but also a gateway to focus, inner stillness and love.
