Yoga for Parents During the Pandemic

Introduction of the workshop:
Parenting is one of the most challenging and demanding, yet one of the most important and glory undertakings on the planet. Amidst the responsibilities, inevitable sleep deprivation and tantrums, parents also enjoy cuddles, giggles and lovely family time.
 
We all know that if a parent doesn’t take good care of him/her-self, they will not be able to give good care to others. Through yoga practice, we learn to slow down, take care of ourselves, breathe and experience fully and be present, which create space for seeing what is truly important to us, what is real, what is unreal. This guide us to find contentment and peace.
    What to expect In this 4-week yoga practice series:
  • Use movement, breathing and meditation practice to reconnect to our bodies and breath, and have that as a tool to  drop in on the present moment
  • Practice and try different ways to ground and release stress during the time of pandemic
  • Learn to observe our patterns in practice and when under stress in life, and increase our ability to respond more consciously
  • Practice cultivating kindness and self-compassion to ourselves
 
     In each class, together we will:
  •  Cultivate breath awareness by practicing breathing techniques
  •  Move and do Asana practice
  •  Restore and meditate at the end

Saturday 4pm -5pm PST

Cost:
This is an online live zoom course and is completely FREE.
*I kindly ask all participants to commit to all 4 weeks and fill out a survey after completion.
